Job Description:
* Provide 1st level and 2nd level technical support via phone, email, remote and onsite.
* Act as a focal point of communication for customers, following all resolutions, escalation and notification processes.
* To manage logs on service requests, complaints, enquiries.
* To handle other ad hoc projects as and when required.
Job Requirements:
* Ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritise workload.
* Customer service oriented and ability to build strong influential relationships with customers.
* A good team player and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Well organized and reasonable ability to multitask..
* Possess own transport.
* Experience in advertising and system development related environment will be an added advantage.

* Salary negotiable base on experience and qualifications.
